What is Fraxel?
This treatment uses various wavelengths of laser energy to bring about a controlled thermal injury to the skin. This addresses skin concerns such as tone, texture, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and more. Deeper strengths will work on the dermal layer, deep below the skin surface, to stimulate collagen production, tightening the skin.
Available treatment options in office:
Superficial Fraxel Laser Facial:
A controlled thermal injury stimulates the natural healing of the epidermis. As the skin heals, imperfections such as the appearance of brown spots will diminish revealing clearer, smoother, and tighter, more youthful skin. Downtime is 2-4 days.
Combination Fraxel CO2 Laser Treatment:
Combining both the superficial and deep laser settings for a treatment that addresses both the epidermis and dermis. The result is a rejuvenated skin surface with even skin tone and complexion as well as diminished fine lines and wrinkles. Downtime is 3-5 days.
Deep Fraxel CO2 Laser Treatment
The Deep Fraxel laser has all of the benefits of the laser facial with added strength to address fine lines, wrinkles, and scarring. Skin will be rejuvenated at the cellular level by stimulating collagen production for more elastic, youthful skin. Downtime is 5-14 days.
Exosome use and Fraxel Laser
When receiving a Fraxel Laser treatment, we recommend incorporating exosomes into your post-care regimen for an enhanced outcome and speedier healing. We offer two types of exosome products. The first, Exovex REVIVE, an in office serum, is applied the same day as the treatment. We also carry ExoBalm, a take home treatment containing exosomes, key hydrators, and peptides to improve skin quality and facilitate the healing process.
